Biography
Michael represents individuals in all aspects of Family and Matrimonial Law including divorce, property distribution, child custody, spousal support, child support, and matrimonial agreements (pre-nuptial, post-nuptial and separation agreements).

Michael prides himself on being a zealous advocate for clients.. In doing so he prides himself on reaching the best settlement in a cost effective manner. Michael’s attention to detail and his innate patience and skill when dealing with the emotions that arise in family law matters give clients a sense of security and confidence when faced with the difficulties of their present situations. Michael understands that clients come to him in trying times and one of his primary goals is to help them keep their focus. Although this is not always easy, through open communication and honesty. Michael works with clients to achieve the best outcome for their family.

In addition to his work experience, Michael has also authored several columns on Family Law issues for Image Magazine. Michael is a member of the New York State Bar Association (Family Law Section); American Bar Association (Family Law Section); and the New York County Lawyers Association. He received his law degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 2000, where he was the Notes and Comments Editor of the Family and Conciliation Courts Review (Vol. 37). Michael received his undergraduate degree from Rutgers University in 1997.
